Looks like it's time to rewrite the {{< abbr CSS "Cascading Style Sheets" >}} of
my main website for fast iteration and decoupling [Hugo](https://gohugo.io/)
from {{< abbr PHP "Hypertext Preprocessor" >}}. I'll still allow the generated
files to move passively through the
[OPcache](https://www.php.net/manual/en/intro.opcache.php) in case there's a
need for dynamicity. Hugo has pretty much deprecated all of my `PHP` hacks.
