[Grafana](https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/setup-grafana/installation/).
It's moreso for developer operations. I used to use
[qtiplot](https://qtiplot.com/) for random stuff, but nowadays I use
[gnuplot](http://www.gnuplot.info/) for scriptability (not GNU, see
[demos](https://gnuplot.sourceforge.net/demo/)). Then, there's Microsoft Excel
{{< abbr "et al" "and others" >}}.
