I heard of
[another static site generator](https://github.com/getzola/zola?tab=readme-ov-file#zola-n%C3%A9-gutenberg).
"Static sites" are not really my jam, but are economically fun. I might try
templating that one.

[Its motivation](https://github.com/getzola/zola/tree/459d95acd418fd94f8c25e3aa984b8e7c93428c9#:~:text=intense)
adds to my hunch that [`golang`](https://go.dev/) templating is generally
disliked. I'm occasionally asked about `go` (online), but I know very little
actually.
