Every so often I'm reminded of how tricky Wikipedia is --- especially for
[current events](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal:Current_events). It's not
magically unbiased. Inventing authoritative sources of truth with well timed
edits for real world persuasive power is the oldest
[working trick in the book](https://archive.org/details/in.ernet.dli.2015.101956/page/n49/mode/2up?q=%22You+may+also%22).
